Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy
The Michael Angelo Salon requires a previously reserved time to be moved or cancelled 24 hours before the start of the service. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of half your scheduled service .
Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your salon experience at Michael Angelo Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed.
Refunds
Time and services are non-refundable. Clients have up to 7 days to address any concerns. Your stylist will do everything, within reason, to resolve any issues to the best of their professional knowledge while keeping the integrity of your hair.
Exchange Policy
Clients may only exchange a product up to 10 days after purchase date. Some exclusions apply. Hot tools (flat irons, blow dryers, etc) may not be returned or exchanged.
