Salon Policies


Time and services are non refundable. Clients have up to 7 days to address any concerns. Your stylist will do everything, within reason, to resolve any issues to the best of their professional knowledge while keeping the integrity of your hair.

Return Policy

Clients may return or exchange a product up to 10 days after purchase. Hot tools (flat irons, blow dryers, etc.) may not be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

The Michael Angelo Salon requires a previously reserved time to be moved or cancelled 24 hours before the start of the service. If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, there will be a cancellation fee of half your scheduled service (not to exceed $50) due at your next service. 

Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Michael Angelo Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 7 days after your service has been performed. 


Level System

At Michael Angelo's, our service providers operate on a level system. This simply means that our senior stylists have higher pricing due to the fact that there is a higher demand of their time. A lower level stylist is not necessarily new to the industry, but new to our salon and therefore has more availability. All Michael Angelo stylists undergo our two year apprenticeship program after receiving their cosmetology license, before they can begin at level 1 of our system.
