Tara Paxton is an accomplished business owner and dynamic leader with a passion for innovation and growth. With a strong background in hair & beauty industry, Tara joins her husband Jonathan Paxton with a vision to make Michael Angelo Salon & Spa a platinum 360° hair and beauty business and go to salon in Florida.

Over the years, clients have returned from when it was owned by the previous owners and are astounded by the changes Jonathan & Tara have implemented establishing a reputation for delivering high-quality products/services and creating a company culture centred around collaboration, honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction which is one of their key principles.

A strategic thinker and problem solver, Tara is known for her ability to adapt to changing market trends while staying true to core values. Her leadership style emphasises empowering teams, fostering creativity, and driving sustainable success. Under Jonathan’s leadership, Tara & Michael Angelo Salon & Spa has achieved Top 100 Salon in the United States, earning recognition for being “The best there is” such as revenue growth, innovation, or social impact. Michael Angelo Salon & Spa have been the “Neighbourhood Faves for 8 years running” .

Hello I’m Andrea, born and raised in Hungary Europe, I am a licensed Nail Technician in the beauty industry for over 24 and Educator for 10 years.

Pride myself in my abilities to be a sucessful leader due to years of experience in strong Customer relations and loyality. 

I have a unique ability to retain a solid Customer base while instilling the importance of excellent Customer services to those who work with me.

My life-core experiences and education have given me a solid base upon which I bring my talents and skills to lead the team of M.A Salon.

Licensed esthetician, Denisa David has over 35 years of experience beginning in Romania and built in New York. She believes that the key to beautiful skin is a long term approach rather than short term quick fixes.

Her treatments are a mixture of the basic deep pore cleansing european facial and timeless techniques like microdermabrasion, chemical peels, micro-current.

She is certified as a specialist for medical grade Environ skin care.

As my 36th anniversary of doing nails approaches, I am grateful that I can say that I still love what I do.
