With a strong background in hair & beauty industry, Tara joins her husband Jonathan Paxton with a vision to make Michael Angelo Salon & Spa a platinum 360° hair and beauty business and go to salon in Florida.

Over the years, clients have returned from when it was owned by the previous owners and are astounded by the changes Jonathan & Tara have implemented establishing a reputation for delivering high-quality products/services and creating a company culture centred around collaboration, honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction which is one of their key principles.

A strategic thinker and problem solver, Tara is known for her ability to adapt to changing market trends while staying true to core values. Her leadership style emphasises empowering teams, fostering creativity, and driving sustainable success. With over 20 years of living in the community, Alison brings a warm, friendly and familiar face and a deep connection to all our beautiful clients, the neighborhood and our Salon. 

As the first point of contact, she ensures every guest feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Her knowledge of the local area, combined with her friendly demeanor and strong organizational skills, helps keep the salon running smoothly and clients feeling right at home. Whether it’s a cappuccino., espresso or smooth latte, or maybe even a glass of iced tea or lemon infused water, Alison is right on hand to look after and pamper you.

Hi, I’m Taylor! I’m a proud mom to my beautiful daughter, Brynlee. I grew up in New Jersey but have been enjoying the Florida sunshine for the past six years. My journey started in cosmetology school, where I discovered my passion for hair and helping people feel confident in themselves. Life took me in a different direction when I joined the military and served as a police officer, but that love for beauty and making others feel good has never left me.

 I’m bubbly, love meeting new people, and have a love for style, fashion, and creating positive connections wherever I go.

Middle Eastern born and raised

Mai came to the US 15 yrs ago bringing her talent to give her clients beautiful looks. Listening to her clientele she creates inspired looks in which her clients fall in love with. With over 10 yrs of experience Mai specializes in : balayage, blond & highlight specialist, tape-in & weft hair extensions, make-up, and updo's (weddings, bridal, special occasion) cutting, and styles.
